1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Cedar Luck raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the raffle.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Employees of Cedar Luck and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Process
To enter the raffle, participants must send $10 USD (or multiples thereof) to the designated Whish Money account (81 899 828) with their full name included in the transfer details. Each $10 constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
4. Prize
The prize is a Jetour 2025 T2 SUV with an estimated value of $45,000 USD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Registration and transfer costs will be covered by Cedar Luck.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a certified random number generator during a live-streamed event. All entries will be verified before the draw. The draw date is May 13, 2026.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced during the live stream and contacted via the phone number provided during entry. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
7. Refund Policy
All entries are final and non-refundable once processed. Please ensure you understand and accept these terms before participating.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cedar Luck is not responsible for any technical issues, lost transactions, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect participation in the raffle.
